Transition and Implementation Support

Having trouble working through the transition to Agile?

Rather than re-create the wheel, we work with the best minds in the traditional Agile world (for example, Scrum, Crystal, Lean and Kanban). This means we have an unbeatable depth in our roster of experts who stand ready to help you make a smooth transition,--whichever flavor of Agile best works for you!

Because our expertise extends from enterprise implementations at scale to distributed teams and small shops, you are certain to find tools, tips and product information to help your legal teams delight your clients.

Whether you are a client who would be delighted by the increased efficiencies, transparency and collaboration that is fundamental to Agile enterprises or a lawyer seeking to improve his or her relationship with clients and raise the bar on the quality of your services, please get in touch and we'll have a conversation about how we can help you!

Thought Leadership

Dialexica is leading the charge to bring Agile to the practice of law. "Agile for Lawyers" is a program that seeks to inspect Agile manufacturing and software development methodologies and adapt them for legal professionals.

Agile principles, practices and processes ("3Ps") are proved technology that lawyers can use to improve service, motivate teams and pull ahead of the competition. We apply these to problems which gives us the basis for the Litigation Ecosystem Framework, and for other areas of legal service today.

Incremental Process Improvement

Dialexica understands team dynamics and can facilitate transitions at any point in your process. We are in the process of refining Agile processes so that lawyers have ready access, as well as creating resources, tools and methods internally.

Whether you're mired in chaos or using PMBOK-inspired project management practices, we can help you improve the return on your investment. Look for our:
